The Caribbean Pen: A Digital Magazine Promoting Fiction and Creative Entrepreneurship
The Caribbean Pen is an innovative publication which aims to promote the fiction industry while also showcasing the opportunities for business and independent publishing in the Caribbean. The magazine will serve as a platform for both established and emerging authors to share their work and connect with readers.
The Caribbean Pen is the brainchild of Marsha Gomes-Mckie, Chief Creative Officer at Aajumbee Publishing House, a passionate writer and entrepreneur who saw the need for a platform that celebrates the rich literary culture of the Caribbean with a thrust towards business and creative entrepreneurship.
One of the main goals of the Caribbean Pen is to promote creative entrepreneurship in the Caribbean. The magazine will not only showcase the works of authors but also highlight the business side of the industry. Through interviews with successful authors and publishing professionals, the magazine will provide insights and advice on how to navigate the world of publishing and turn writing into a sustainable career.
The Caribbean Pen is excited to be a part of the growing literary scene in the Caribbean. The magazine’s print issues will be available for purchase on Amazon, but the digital copy can be download free from the website. To receive regular updates, you can subscribe to the weekly newsletter for more exclusive content. This digital magazine will be a valuable resource for both readers and writers in the Caribbean and beyond.
